I'm not knowledgeable enough to give an intelligent answer. This team has multiple issues which, of course, makes getting our sh*** together more challenging... but not insurmountable. It may take a couple of seasons before we have the credibility and reputation back. But first and foremost... I think I'd get an Offensive Coordinator (not just a clipboard holder), and I'd replace Wade Phillips as the DC, whether he's ready to retire or not. I think it's time for the Rams to move on from him. I'd start there. Keep in mind I've never played football, never coached football, and most of the time don't know what I'm talking about. You asked the question, though... and that's my answer.
