I didn't think McVay sounded all that different from how he normally sounds. His tone was the same as it always is.
As far as what he said... it was pretty much what he always says: we didn't play well enough as a team in all 3 phases of the ball and the Cowboys did, Rams failed to execute, we couldn't get a rhythm going, etc. coach speak
I didn't see anger in his eyes. What I see is fatigue.
There wasn't anything in that presser that I found revealing, new, or particularly comforting to me as a fan.
We is what we is and the bottom line is... "we ain't good enough." Those are McVay's words (minus the bad english).
On to 2020.
