Rams run a Jet Sweep against that front and it's been going for positive yardage and getting them out of that defense.
Yup. Rich Hammond had a nice article on it this week. Here's what Rich wrote...

After Sunday’s game, multiple Rams offensive players spoke about the 6-1 defensive front that Seattle favored and how they liked that matchup against the Rams’ 12 personnel. The use of a second tight end (Johnny Mundt, alongside Tyler Higbee) instead of a receiver gave the Rams a bit more bulk along the line.
Not surprisingly on Sunday, the Rams ran the ball more out of 12 personnel — 32 rushing attempts compared to 15 pass attempts — but it was illuminating to see how successfully the Rams passed the ball out of 12 personnel. In those looks, quarterback Jared Goff averaged 10.5 yards per pass attempt. Out of 11 personnel, he averaged 8.0 yards per attempt and threw his only two interceptions of the game.
Some of this is situational. The Rams clearly intended to use 12 personnel as their primary look but took a tight end (usually Mundt) off the field in second-and-long and third-and-long situations in favor of a third receiver. In the second half, when the Rams were playing with a double-digit lead, they (not surprisingly) stayed in 12 personnel a lot and ran the ball. More impressive, though, was McVay’s play-calling discipline in the first half.
McVay did not get frustrated or predictable. In 12 personnel in the first half, the Rams called 13 run plays and seven pass plays. The run average (4.2 yards per carry) was not great, but McVay did not abandon it. He made the Seahawks respect it, and that paid off in the pass game. In 12 personnel in the first half, Goff completed six of seven attempts for 64 yards and a touchdown.
It’s tough to say what this means for the short-term future of the Rams’ offense. The next opponent, Dallas, has had pass-defense woes of late, as Buffalo’s Josh Allen and Chicago’s Mitchell Trubisky have enjoyed surprising success in the past two weeks.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see the Rams return to more 11 personnel against the Cowboys, as they did with success two weeks ago against Arizona.
“It’s like anything else,” McVay said. “You’re kind of trying to adapt and evolve and figure it out the best way that we can. It’s a week-to-week thing.”
