By releasing the original tapes years ago instead of destroying them. Show the world how it was done so that no one else would dare try it as well. Other penalties should have been leveled also.
Somehow the league office had it's hands dirty or that's what would have been done. As it was, and still is, the Pats think they are above the league both on the field and off of it.
