I think DP hit the nail on the head when it comes to Goff.

Today, the Rams went up against the worst pass defense in the NFL. Rams receivers were WIDE open all day. The OL did a very good job of pass protection. The offensive tempo was faster than usual which really benefits Goff since he is a rhythm passer. He may never see better conditions for a long time unless the next game against the Cards are an exact duplicate. Goff could've thrown for 500+ yards had McVay not let up offensively late in the game.

Goff's issues are when he's up against a strong pass rush, tight coverage and slow tempo. He needs to work on throwing with anticipation/accuracy under duress, moving better in the pocket with more awareness. I would like to see him improve in these areas. He'll need to if the Rams are to win a SB.
