You cannot beat a peaking top team when your OL includes 3 very inexperienced injury replacements.
To me, because I believe that, all the other explanations and/or remedies people come up with just don't work for me. I don't think it's the coach, the qb, the scheme, or any of the other to be expected objects of blame.
Here's this fact from the game for example:

Lamar Jackson’s performance was epic, but the line play was critical in Monday night’s game. The Ravens held the Rams to two field goals, but only had 4 individual Pass Rush Wins (PRWs) against blockers. The difference was the blitz scheme. The difference was the blitz scheme. With 10 unblocked PRWs by blitzers, the Ravens achieved an amazing 62% Pass Rush Win Rate (PRWR).
An inexperienced OL is just not going to handle a defense that blitzes 50% of the time.
Plus of course the fact that it is inexperienced already has a direct effect on playcalling--which has to limit itself in the first place.
Jackson had a great game and so did the Ravens offense, but then the Rams defense was out there all day without any points from the offense to work with.
