I've been a fan since Gabriel days and I always will be so don't shoot me, but I'm not sold his leadership style is right for the NFL. I have to do a better job of ..... gets old fast. Another thread mentioned our toughness and another mentioned how the Ravens are a reflection of Harbaugh. Look at NO, a reflection of Payton.
This team is a reflection of McVay and his "millenial" coaching style. Same goes for Wade. The guys love him. He is funny. And while I know he holds players accountable, he's no Vince Lombardi. I think it starts at the top. Too much love needs to be replaced with a big boot up the A**.
Of course this could just be an indicator that I'm getting old and out of touch with the current world we live in. Long live the coaching of Lombardi, Ditka, Bum Phillips, etc.
