He's still learning. Problem is it may take a while and the NFL isn't very patient.
The Rams are in a bad spot to build for the future. When the Rams traded with the Titans a few years back, the Titans looked loaded for the future, but that didn't pan out well, so draft picks aren't everything. But you have to build somehow and the Rams don't seem to have a good platform to build off of right now.
I'm done watching them this year. I stopped watching tonight and played a table game with my wife and kids. I lost there, as well, but it was fun. See everyone later.
