I think by now everyone across the league knows whats going on with them tying to limit his carries to prolong his career and his bad knees. What I don't understand is why are the Rams still trying to throw up a smoke screen about the whole thing? Is it something to do with the leagues injury report rules? Is it they don't want to field questions about paying a part time player $17 mill next season? I mean do they really think they are fooling anyone at these press conferences with their why Gurley wasn't in the game answers?
I guess I just don't get why they think they need to keep trying to blow smoke.
It's not injury report stuff. Teams are not required to report arthritic conditions. They don't count as injuries per se.
My best bet is they won't talk about it because Gurley said he does not want it talked about, and they are respecting that.
This is the same guy who would not let the combine medical people look at his knee before the 2015 draft.
