The ripple effects of a bad OL are almost like no other position group on a football team. There are plenty of things the Rams could be doing better. Plenty of individual players that we can talk about. But I really believe if the OL was better the rest would be relatively meaningless. If the OL was better there would still be plenty of talk but it would be, "man, I wish we'd see Gurley more- but it's great to be 7-2!"
They do need to beat the Bears. Problem is that's still a very good defense and the Rams OL will have their hands full yet again. The Bears offense has been terrible though- they've produced 300+ yards of offense just once all year and in 7 of 9 games they've had less than 275 yards. They beat Detroit at home yesterday while producing just 226 yards.
