I don't believe for a second that you can teach a QB who is a natural instinctive runner (with super ability) who has run his entire high school and college careers to NOT run. They are wired that way.

So the issue is not that he runs. The issue is, can he evolve in his career into more of a passer.
Some do, some don't.
