Personally, I wouldn't be so quick to adopt the negative. It could easily be that the Rams with their resources are genuinely concerned about Cooks and have set him up with the best of the best in neuro medicine. OTOH it could be its all about the Rams interests and not Cooks. But we don't know. In the meantime I choose to not be so cynical.
