Much ado about nothing. Basically saying he wants teams to throw at him some more and apologizing for not being ready when they did. Imagine being a top wide receiver and running routes all game long and the quarterback never throws it to you. Then with the game decided he finally does and you aren't ready for it, and you deflect it into an interception. It was frustration.
