Don’t get me wrong. I’m no molly-coddler management type. But there’s nothing wrong with treating Ramsey with respect face to face while being firm with him at the same time.

Jags paid a heavy price for mishandling relations with Ramsey.

The Rams are one of the very best at player relations. Night and day better than this Coughlin fiasco.
