I agree with you btw. But there's still a lot of things they need to clean up. Like their zone play which is still not consistent enough (they're going to need to play good zone to get into the playoffs). Or their siuational awareness, like lining up 10 yards deep on a third and 2 that allowed Ryan a gimme completion and first down. That's the stuff great defenses don't do, or do very very little of during a season.
I feel like the pieces they have now, that whole room too not just Ramsey, give them what they need to really get this secondary playing at a high level. The Falcons left some points on the field so there's going to be plenty to correct and move forward on. But yeah I am very happy with what we have.
Sure would be nice to know when JJ gets back, or at least a rough estimate which I haven't heard that I can recollect as of yet.
