At the end of the Raiders first drive, Carr completed a 7 yard pass to the Bear 21...so the Raydahs would've been looking at a 37-38 yard FG attempt. Nope, a roughing penalty on Richie moved them back 15 yards from the original LOS and they had to punt. Man, that brought back memories....
