Matthews is well down for the 15 yard flag for the past years so now he is getting screwed. He could have easily hit a little lower and stayed out of the grey area.
If he already has the rep nothing he can do now.
What are you suggesting? Not try to sack RW because they may call a penalty? If he makes a clean hit and they call it, it's out of his control.
