The laughable thing to me is that since Gurley only had five carries the only explanation he could think of is because it's clear Gurley is "damaged goods" "never gonna be 100%" has no clue what happened in that game it seems like. I get it, these guys aren't like us fans who concentrate on one team, they have all 32 teams, plus all the other sports to talk about so they can't be as in tune with what really happens throughout the game as us, but when you sound like you know what is going on, but sound clueless in reality, you lose credibility with me.
The notion that the Rams are just trying to hide Gurley and his injury to save face over a bad contract like it is more important than winning to them is ridiculous. Teams sign bad contracts all the time, but I don't think I've ever seen a team who would just keep putting an injured worthless player on the field because they paid him too much money.
Gurley is getting 75/25 snaps over Brown so far this season...there is nothing wrong with trying to get Todd less work load considering what happened at the end of the year last year. Let's not try to spin it like the "Rams need to cut him" for gods sake
They act like the Rams offense has fallen off a cliff and the league has caught up to McVay, but seem to have no idea about where the Rams are ranked offensively right now.(7th in yards and 6th in scoring) And their below average QB who they should have waited to pay is 3rd in the league in yards right now and 7-2 in his last nine games since the damaged goods RB got hurt and ruined his play action ability
