So is it that the Rams "can't" or "won't"? I'm leaning towards "won't" based on these first 4 games. Maybe it was their game plan coming into the season to be a passing team. And being 3-0 makes it hard to change that philosophy.

It's not necessarily a bad plan considering the players. But Goff proving his toughness every week is not a good idea IMO. And the defense has to be effective. Zero confidence that the defense can slow down anyone at the moment. Still baffling to see all the wide open receivers and easy throws. Painful to watch.
