Yeah, I appreciate the context from Hammond there. Goff is probably always going to be the 'California kid' who's more comfortable and productive at home. And I still say the abysmal game @CHI last December with his 19.1 rating weighs that road QB rating down even more.
But again, he does need to be better on the road. Against an al-backups secondary last Sunday, even with a raucous crowd and a good defensive front getting after him, he should have been better.
There were about four dropped passes that would have made his numbers more respectable.
Our receivers were a little more unfocused than usual.
