not having to dread Sunday football, and when /how fast the game will be over, and after that love the team so much that you make yourself read the aftermath and the reasons from Fisher and those before him....seeing teams on losing streaks get on a mini 1 game winning streak after playing us.....having teams fix whatever was wrong with their game playing us, just to see them go back to what their problem was the next game(actually I kinda liked that...we made bad teams have hope after playing us...only to have that rug pulled quick on them the next week).
As you say fans have a lot more time to dwell on stuff.....and those times sucked.....bad....dwelling on sadness....dispair, hopelessness.....going into draft mode after game 4.
Now you get uptight with a close win/near loss (depends how you look at it)....and you later smile and really await the next up game....well I'm speaking for myself......That to me is the best thing...waiting for the next game....
