But here's the difference....

Fisher did not use Todd's receiving ability hardly at all....I still think that Fisher did pick well in the draft, but he did not develop players from their incoming college abilities IMO he saw the college tapes and just asked those players to do the same thing in the pros....he did not add to their abilities, or improve upon those they had coming in.... for the most part the players remained static.
