Some of our biggest fears are coming true...the loss of Saffold and the domino effect it has on the o-line. It's really a testament to the team and coaches that they are still good enough to be 3-0 with two east coast road games already under our belt. That which does not kill you makes you stronger I'm hoping.
We all saw a glimps of what this team can and will look like in the second half of the Saints game.... the only team that can stop us is ourselves most of the time.
They will clean it up and hopefully get Blythe and Higs back this week and maybe just maybe McVay will at least give Gurley a chance to get it going. We need to establish the run if we want to get back to the big dance. Get back to that uptempo offense that worked so well in the past.
Good news like I said is that we are still 3-0 and our defense has taken the next step and becoming an elite unit....once the offense starts to click we will be blowing teams out like we did before.... keep the faith
