It's puzzling, but I still think it's largely the offensive line. The Rams ought to be able to run at that 6 man front but they don't seem to get enough push. It was like that in the Super Bowl. The defensive line gets penetration on just about every running play. Gurley mostly had nowhere to run last night.
At first I thought it was that the Rams offensive line are too small (Blythe and Allen) but the Patriots run the ball well and they have had smaller linemen.
