It occurred to me that something very unusual happened to me during this game tonight.
But let me begin by saying.... on that last drive I was as anxiety ridden as anyone on this board... BUT... and even then...
I really never doubted that the Ram's were going to win tonight. And nope, I can't explain that. I stayed 'fairly' calm through it all. With the obvious caveat that 'calm' for me most people could well consider stark-raving lunatic mad.
I truly think the last time I was able to feel like that was back in the GSOT days.
When the GTF exploded with "We're going to lose" I was thinking, "No we're not".
Well, now that I think about.... maybe I do know why.... I'm a D guy. And I believe with this D...the offense can sputter and cough... but more times than not our D will save our butts. - JamesJM
