Personally I would focus in Littleton and Zuerlein and let the dust settle from there. And then plan for Johnson and Kupp. But good points about potential depth at both LB and CB.
At CB, if the assumption is like Noteboom and Allen this year that Long has been selected to start in year two then I think they can replenish CB without either Talib or Peters. NRC is also still there next year. First of all I think there is a decent chance Talib retires. Perhaps Chris Harris from Denver, who has said publicly he wanted to connect with Wade when he is a free agent, is an option. They could also make another trade similar to Talib to acquire a vet CB. Or they can spend a top 40 or 50 overall pick on a CB.
Who knows. But I do not think at all that they are cornered into signing Peters because they will not have other attractive options.
