My thoughts on what features might be added to cause the Rams offense to evolve.
In the offseason McVay was going to hire Cliff Kingsbury as an offensive assistant
before he hired as head coach of Arizona, so it seems like the Rams were or are
going to add Air Raid offense concepts. Kingsbury left for Arizona, but there was
another Air Raid Offense resource in the LA area McVay may have consulted with.
Graham Harrell, is the new OC for USC, and McVay may have met with him to talk offense.
Another offensive element McVay might be including with the Rams could be concepts of the KC Chiefs.
The Chiefs may have been the only NFL team that 2 times had offensive success against the Patriots last year.
This pre-season we have heard players speak of the Rams WR's being a "4 headed monster"
and the roster now has 7 receivers, so it seems reasonable to expect some 4 receiver sets at times.
