...and being able to experience this first hand let me say this, I was shocked when I heard those boos. The fans around here are pretty mellow compared to most of the fans in the NFL. I would never fear for my safety going to watch the Rams vs Colts down at Lucas Oil stadium. My guess was that there were some fans that felt the Colts had a good chance this year to compete and challenge for a deep playoff run but now that's all gone. So a lot of those fans were younger 20 to 30 year old fans that might not really understand what it feels like when your body isn't working properly.
Luck is one of the classiest players/people I've had the pleasure to know (wanted him badly for the Rams...stupid Cleveland game) and I'm sure that the majority of Indy fans have nothing but thanks to give to Andrew for his dedication and sacrifice for his team.
