A person who is championship caliber is not guaranteed a championship especially in the NFL. Too much depends on the coach, his teammates, injuries, the competition.
Since Jared Goff has twice in his first 3 years of NFL football led his team to the NFC West title in a division with the Super Bowl champ Seahawks; and to the Superbowl as a runner up, I think that question has already been answered. But..... WILL he ever be part of a Superbowl winning team? Stay tuned.

More to the point, put me on the side of those who recognize Jared Goff is a very good quarterback - who's not yet as good as he'll become.
