I'm not sure what "worth it" means. From a money standpoint I'm lost on the money the players get. IMO he's a very good qb with tons of potential and has an elite ceiling that his talent should allow him to reach. Whether he gets there or not will depend on his toughness and ability to handle rough spots and down times.
