I agree completely. The mental side for both Allen and Noteboom is just as important. And honestly, maybe that's where they are most prepared right now having had first team reps once a week throughout 2018 and being gameday actives for all 19 games.

They may have to ease both in a bit with line calls, etc. early on and not over-complicate things. Goff, Blythe and Whitworth will all need to help them. This is also why I hope to see both play quite a bit in preseason and the joint practices.
