A private trainer should not be the public source of a player's diagnosis. This should have passed through the team's communication department and then they make the decision what to release and when to release it.
He's not in the NFL. He doesn;t work for the NFL. He has his own professional interests and concerns. In fact the Rams are lucky to have him. His entire approach to things is to tailor training around a player's specific issues, and so that sets him up to be a guy who can help TG manage a knee that has some underlying issues.
I'm glad he said something. It cleared away a lot of fog.
