Love me some Baker Mayfield!!!

As for leadership...his teammates loved him in college...so I think this lack of leadership stuff is baloney.

Mayfield is a young fiery guy. He'll learn and he'll mature. He kind of wears his feelings on his sleeves.

Mayfield hasn't earned the respect to be calling guys out because he needs to take it to another level and he is only a 2nd year player.

If, and this is a big if, he takes them to the playoffs, maybe gets to a Super Bowl, then his words of criticism will hold more weight. Right now, he's just to green to be able to call out players.

I still think this guy is a winner...and Cleveland is going to be the benefactor.
