Putting him at 11 and just outside of the top 10 is more closely aligned with where I have him which is 13-15 range
In any case this is a good list.... I could easily see Goff moving into the top 10 for sure and with an MVP caliber year the top 5. Just need to see it first. So many good QBs ahead of him and that have track records of not only winning but carrying teams
