They'd lose money. I don't have a problem with 4 preseason games. Especially for teams with new coaching staffs or big roster turnover or rookie Qb's or if your #2 qb is unsettled after training camp. 2 preseason games - I'm not sure how you get a look at the UDFA's and late round picks looking to make the cut.
