Goff refuses to throw to Cooks. Cooks is usually way open but the offense reads the intermediate and Goff waits for an open Cooks to clear and then throw the intermediate. Its quite frustrating to watch--the Seattle game this happened frequently. Goff, clean in the pocket ready to throw--Cooks open 20 yards downfield no one in ten yards of him. Goff waits for the ten yard route to complete and throws it there.
