Well, for 2021 (which would be the first year of a new deal for Kupp), yes I could. Woods deal expires after the 2021 season and Cooks after 2023. Who can say that they will want Woods after 2021? The Rams could also get out of the Cooks deal after 2021 if they so chose. Impossible to look out that far ahead- does the offense shift more to the TE in coming years and/or two-back sets?

But I just think for the 2020 draft specifically- unless Kupp somehow can't get healthy- looking at a WR in the mid-rounds is all they need to do. Maybe for the 2021 Draft it becomes a higher priority.

If early talk is true and the 1st round of the 2020 Draft is top heavy with WRs and QBs then the Rams could make out really well adding blue chip talent at a couple other spots.
