I wouldn't bring him back. Assuming their top 4 DL are Donald, Brockers, Franklin-Myers and Gaines and maybe Fox gets used sometimes as a DE there just aren't the reps there to make it remotely worthwhile to have Suh in my opinion. Let Smart, Joseph-Day and whoever else is down the depth chart compete for any leftover DL reps.
There are 16 teams with at least $17M in cap space available. One of those might throw him $6-8M for a year.
