yeah agreed personnel decisions "could" be broken up like that....

but that's not what they're doin in that draft grading article...they are mixing both forms of grading & personnel moves and it is not a fair scale if the writer doesn't apply the rules equally. imo

It gets confusing when players are included from a trade...then doesn't include them for other teams that did the same thing.
I dunno....just confused why he would be so blatant about being inconsistent. I guess that's his own rules?!!
