As they progress through their "offseason conditioning" sessions, I presume they already have a very solid feel for the advancement of B. Allen at center
IMO, it can't hurt to have a guy like Groy.
Just have to find it interesting that they didn't bother seeding a center high on the list of must haves.
To me, it's either they are very comfortable with Allen, or they felt even if things didn't go well they could find an adequate replacement without having to be aggressive about it.
I still don't feel we've got the middle under control
Kiser has yet to even play a full game at his spot at this level
Having Ramik Wilson was an awfully nice insurance policy. The Raider game made that clear.
And now with Mark Barron's vacancy?
Well, having a credible vet would be nice. That may yet happen.
