He does a lot of things well.

Versatility goes a long way in the NFL.

I'm sure Coach Bones can see him on special teams, covering kicks AND returning kicks, and maybe PUNTS. He's bigger than JoJo and runs a 4.4 forty.

I bet Phillips could use him as a situational DB. Press at slot/corner with his size. Get experience in sub packages.
