I don't know that any of these 2019 rookies will end up being a Kupp or Johnson in their first year. But I do think four of them- Rapp, Henderson, Long and Gaines- are set up to contribute quite a bit.

Gaines, as the roster is currently constituted, has the best chance to "start" I suppose. But Rapp, Henderson and Long should all have situational involvement from week 1- and a couple of them may get expanded work as the season progresses. Like Ebukam in 2017, who averaged about 11 snaps per game the first half of the year and almost 30 the 2nd half.

I'll be interested to see what sort of snaps Long can earn. Last year Shields played 339 snaps at CB, but a lot of that was because of Talib's 8-week injury. In the 7 full games Talib played he only had 54 snaps (7.7 per game).
