That's what I like about McVay/Snead...........Draft players that you don't have to "babysit". You know, players that care about the game of Football and truly appreciate what it takes to be called a PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL PLAYER.
I know, not every player can be a Choir Boy, but they can all treat the game with respect and be a player that gives 100% to their team and coaches.
