"Exceed expectations" depends on where your expectations lie.

I expect that "none of them" exceed my expectations. I expect the higher level drafted guys to not be starters but reliable backups, and I expect the lower drafted guys to hold the line when they're put into a game, but not change the game's tone.

I've never had high expectations for any draft pics because they're new to the pros, they're playing against some of the best, and are being trained / coached differently than what they're used to.

I would say that during the last few years, AD and Gurley exceeded my expectations notably. Kupp too.
