Listening to Snead and McVay and the coaches interviewed it seems like the mind meld between the scouting department and the coaching staff has further matured and they are are very specific on the fit for players and intentional on improving certain aspects of the team.
I never felt that way with Fisher in Charge.
I also remember Martz who I loved but he may have been the worst scouting coach I ever saw and he was in a constant power struggle with the FO.
Anyway it is nice to see the evolution and maturity which promises even more success for the future.
