I think we have good people to help with the strength (plus any time it is your full-time job it is amazing how much one can do)

and we have the best hands guy in the World in AD, it should do wonders for this kid. Seems to me his weaknesses/ areas needed for improvement are a perfect fit for our strengths as a unit.
