First off I am blown away by Metcalf.
2nd I am shocked he is still on the board.
3rd I will be shocked if he is there at 45

But if the Rams have him rated that high why wouldn't they pick him at 31? Now maybe the do have him rated that high but were focused on filling multiple needs and if he is there at 45 they pick him because the now have 3 other premium picks left.

Well I am not even going to hope for Metcalf as I am pretty convinced I will be disappointed.
