people are basing all this on 2018

He was fine at DE in 2017. In fact in a lot of respects it's his best year as a pro.

For whatever reason he had an off year in 2018, but I don't think that had anything to do with which position he played. It was just an off year and I think probably would have been an off year if he were at NT too.
