Personally, I'd take two of them if they are all comparable. But I'm sick with the Coverage guys. Might cry if we take Rapp though. He is seems very limited.
I think where I differ most is availability. I don't think there will this quality of coverage player available in the third. If they are available, again I'd take two, but in without my sickness it would allow for a best player available pick at 31.

I hesitate to bring up PFF first given the opinion of some on the board. But since you mentioned them I think they do very interesting and good work. Football analytics interests me greatly and is the future of the game imo.
