We have a very special QB as well and the success we have experienced year over year and injury free. Not that I believe Goff was unscathed/ injury free or unaffected by the brutal toll of a season but I take solace that as you say injuries being a part of the game Wentz history of incomplete seasons and setbacks does not bold well for him to become more durable and injury free in the future. Not unless he will continue to have the best OL in the league. Unfortunately, he may have that in fact but his special off script / off schedule intangible is not bulletproof and usually comes into play due to holding ball too long or trying to make a play and those hits are not on the OL so there is attrition to consider with the added hits. Just Ask Cam Newton who he favorably compared to in size and combine workouts. Slightly different styles and systems, but both take unnecessary hits and their teams an fans are left holding their breath a lot as the season progresses.
